We proudly offer international shipping to Europe and America. For countries outside these regions, we will contact you if we are unable to ship to your location.

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES
Pump Prime is not responsible for incorrect addresses entered during checkout. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate. If we make an error, we will resend your order at no extra charge.

CUSTOMS
We are not liable for customs fees once your items have shipped. By placing an order, you agree that customs fees may apply upon delivery.

SHIPPING TIME
Shipping takes 10-15 days, excluding 1-3 day processing and any customs delays.

TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. However, free shipping may not always include tracking.

NO TRACKING INFO AVAILABLE?
It may take 1-3 days for tracking to update. If there is no tracking info after 7 days, please contact us.

For logistical reasons, items in the same order may ship separately.
